Chef Meg Cattani is a lifetime resident of New Jersey and grew up in an Italian family, where she learned at an early age that food was an essential ingredient to a good life. As a child, she watched her grandmothers prepare culinary masterpieces from scratch, often mimicking from a turned over milk create. Chef Meg has been working in the hospitality business more than half her life.
